MUREKADOWNLOAD

Mureka / INFORMATION

Mureka Download API

The API exposes this service’s public-song lookup and download workflow. It is an independent downloader interface, not Mureka’s music-generation API. Submit only supported public Mureka song-detail URLs that you are authorized to process.

Resolve a link

POST /api/resolve
Content-Type: application/json

{ "url": "https://www.mureka.ai/song-detail/…" }

The response contains a temporary session ID, title, source URL, preview route and an array of formats. Sessions expire after ten minutes.

Download a source

GET /api/download?id=SESSION_ID&format=original

Supports a single byte Range request. Use the same domain that created the session. Public GET endpoint: /api/v1/resolve?url=ENCODED_URL, limited to 60 requests per hour per IP.

Prepare a conversion

POST /api/convert
{ "id": "SESSION_ID", "format": "wav" }

GET /api/progress/JOB_ID

The progress endpoint emits server-sent events. A done event includes a temporary download URL. A 503 BUSY response means another conversion is active. Files must be under 200 MB and 10 minutes.

Check several links

POST /api/batch
{ "urls": ["PUBLIC_SHARE_URL"] }

Up to ten links. Each result contains either a download session or an individual error. There is no API key and fair-use limits apply.

Build around the returned song

Use the returned formats array rather than hardcoding a list of buttons. The original key identifies the detected source format; lyrics and lrc are present only when the public song provides the corresponding data. Titles, author names, and lyrics are source content and should be displayed as text.

The public lookup endpoint is limited to 60 requests per hour per IP. The web lookup, batch, report, and conversion routes have their own limits. Handle a rate-limit response with a delay rather than immediate repeated requests.

Treat identifiers as temporary

A successful lookup creates a session for this site that expires after ten minutes. Use its returned identifier for source and metadata downloads. Converted formats require a conversion job; they cannot be fetched as if they were original source files.

Conversion jobs also expire after ten minutes and only one conversion runs at a time. Handle busy, expired, and format-unavailable responses separately. Keep the original song URL so a user can start a fresh lookup.

Keep batch results independent

A batch accepts up to ten individual URLs and returns per-song successes or errors. Identical submitted links are deduplicated. ZIP output collects sources only, with a combined 200 MB limit; it does not package conversions or lyric exports.

Use the status endpoint to inspect current service and conversion state. A healthy service response does not guarantee that a particular Mureka song is public or downloadable.
