Mureka / FIELD NOTES
Download Mureka lyrics as TXT or LRC
Lyrics can be as useful to an archive as the song itself. A plain-text copy helps you read and edit notes; an LRC file adds time cues for players that support synchronized lyrics. Mureka Download offers these files only when the relevant information is present in the public song data.
The tool does not listen to the recording to invent a transcript. If a creator has not exposed lyrics, or the public song contains no usable lyric rows, the corresponding download option will be missing.
Download your own work or content you have permission to save.
Choose between reading and timing
A TXT file is the easier choice for proofreading a verse or sharing a permitted lyric draft with a collaborator. It does not synchronize with music. LRC adds timestamps such as [00:12.34] before a line, but it does not describe fonts, screen positions, or a complete video layout.
An available LRC button does not prove that every source timestamp is accurate. Missing or unusual timing in the public data can make cues unreliable. Open the downloaded file and check several lines before treating it as a finished synchronized transcript.
| File | What it contains | What it needs |
|---|---|---|
| Lyrics TXT | Readable lyrics, including section labels when supplied | Public lyric text or structured lyrics |
| Timed lyrics LRC | Lyric rows with line-start cues derived from source timing | Public structured lyric rows |
| Neither option | No lyric file is offered | A source that does not expose the needed lyrics |
Save lyrics beside the correct song
If your player does not discover the lyrics, check its own instructions for external lyric files. Some players require an explicit import, while others do not support LRC at all. Renaming a TXT file to .lrc will not create the missing time cues.
- Paste the individual public Mureka song link and confirm the returned song version.
- Expand Public lyrics to inspect the readable text when it is available.
- Choose Lyrics TXT for a text file, or Timed lyrics for LRC when that option appears.
- Download the audio source as well if you want to use synchronized lyrics offline.
- Place the files in the same project folder. Give them matching base names if your player uses that convention.
- Test the first sung line and a later section in an LRC-compatible player.
Why the text and singing may differ
The public lyric text may describe the intended words while the performance repeats, skips, or varies a phrase. Timing may align to a line rather than to each word. Listen against the recording before using the text in a rehearsal sheet, captioned video, or published transcript.
If you trim an introduction from the audio, the original LRC cues still refer to the untrimmed recording. Adjust the lyric timing in your player or editor and keep the untouched download so you can compare. Correcting a file on your device does not update the lyrics on Mureka.
If the lyrics you need are absent
Check that you opened the right song version and that the original public page contains lyrics. A text-only lyric field can provide TXT without LRC; public structured rows can provide the timed option. The available buttons may therefore differ between two songs from the same creator.
For a song you own, use your original lyric document or the options in your Mureka account when the public page omits information. For someone else’s song, ask for an authorized lyric copy. Downloading readable text does not itself grant permission to republish those words.
Questions about this guide
Can I get lyrics without downloading the audio?
Yes, if the public song exposes lyrics and the result offers TXT or LRC. Those downloads are separate from the audio.
Why do I see TXT but no LRC?
Plain lyric text can support a TXT download without the structured lyric rows used to build LRC. This site does not estimate missing timing from the recording.
Are the lyrics embedded in the downloaded MP3?
The lyric downloads are separate files. The service does not promise to embed them as new MP3 tags.
Can the tool translate lyrics?
No. It exports the publicly supplied text. Translation and transcription are separate tasks.
